The National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement (NCCPE) is currently recruiting for several new roles, as part of their commitment to develop and support more inclusive public engagement. The roles will focus on addressing race equity and equality issues through an advisory board and action learning group pilot. All applications are now open, with a deadline to apply by Monday 17th April at 10am.

They are looking for people to join the NCCPE Inclusion Advisory Group – Race Equality to challenge, support and problem solve with the NCCPE as they carry out the Race Equality Framework self-assessment.

They are also looking for two people with lived experience and/or knowledge of race equity issues to join the NCCPE as Associates to coordinate and facilitate the NCCPE Action Learning Group – Race Equity pilot. These Associates will develop this pilot to support public engagement professionals to problem solve race equity issues through an action learning process.

These roles are open to public engagement professionals, researchers, community partners and members of the public with experience of public engagement with research. These are paid, home-based roles and all meetings will be held online.
