A researcher at the University of Central Lancashire wants to hear your personal experiences of hypnosis use in breast cancer care.
The project: a professional doctorate research study to carefully, and sensitively learn about the use of hypnosis in breast cancer care.
What they are looking for:
- Women diagnosed with breast cancer who, in the last 5 years, have received hypnosis for cancer related emotional and or physical pain.
- Hypnotists/hypnotherapists who have used hypnosis in the UK within the last five years used hypnosis for women diagnosed with breast cancer. Specifically for cancer related emotional and or physical pain.
Expected commitment:
Anticipated time for interview online is 45 minutes.
Commitment to inclusion:
The participants will chose their own ‘safe place’ to be interviewed online. There is no need to travel to any location. There is no need to download any apps or programmes. A time will be agreed for the interview that is convenient to the parties. Interviewees are asked to be comfortable using English as the chosen language for the interview.
