Proposed changes to the council’s waste strategy will need to be consulted on with Lambeth residents, the design, management, analysis and reporting of which will form the requirement for this procurement. Lambeth Council will be reviewing its Waste Strategy and provision of waste collection services in order to increase recycling and help reach the mayor’s recycling targets and the council’s net zero and Waste Strategy recycling targets.
