The successful bidder will be required to produce an engagement plan, project manage the consultation including making visits and presenting the plans to community and other interest groups. The consultation will be mainly conducted online, but some paper copies of documentation may be required to be sent out. The successful bidder will have an understanding of the challenges that face an inner London local authority in the area of environmental and waste management and will have experience of working in that sector, as well as carrying out quantitative and qualitative research and/or public consultations. The project is expected to last from early April to July/August 2023.
