Placement in the delegate bags
CHEAPEST OPTION
Put one item (no bigger than A4) or a small gift/giveaway in each delegate bag (est.120)
Sponsor a session
INTERMEDIATE PRICE
The concept is simple. Find a session on the agenda that resonates and sponsor it. Your logo will be used on the day and on the agenda. Your company name also mentioned during that session and at the plenary.
Expert sessions are cheaper than panel sessions
Sponsor the drinks
INTERMEDIATE PRICE
We’re going to have an afterparty! At the end of the day, delegates are invited to stay for some drinks and do some serious networking. Have your brand associated with this by covering the cost. Get mentioned during the plenary (of course).

MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION
We have just two exhibitions spaces, located outside the main room in the lobby area where lunch and refreshments are served. If you’d like to take up a stand, we’re running a sealed bid system. Name your price – if it’s the most generous by 1st Feb 2025 then you will be rewarded. Includes two delegate passes.
