The theme for the year is ‘faster, better, leaner‘, reflecting on the volume of consultation and engagement work required in the public sector required to match the extraordinary scale of changes that have arisen from a change in government and continued austerity. For example, in recognition that fast pace is necessary to help realise critical outcomes in sectors such as homes, energy and the environment.
Underpinning this theme are a number of sub-themes such as enabling tactics and technology. For example, AI, continual engagement and quality control. Not least, ensuring that the right people are asked the right questions at the right time.
