Pricing

We want everybody to join-in and have worked hard to keep costs to a minimum.

We’re offering a simple and super low fee to cover our costs of the venue, lunch and refreshments as per below.  Tickets can be purchased online using a credit or debit card.

• ACEP (paid members) : £129
• ACEP (non-member): £159

Ticket sales : terms and conditions

If you would like to request a refund for a delegate conference ticket at the conference, you can do this within 14 calendar days of the event and is subject to an admin fee of 25% of the ticket price.

Please note: Cancelations made after 14 days of the event are non-refundable, however, substitutions/transfers can be made (free of charge) up to 10 working days before the event opens. No shows are non-refundable.

Unforeseen circumstances

The conference programme is subject to change at any time without prior notice. ACEP cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place. However, a full refund will be made if we decide to cancel as a result of any unforeseen circumstances.

ACEP will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made, in the event of the cancellation or modification of the times, dates, sessions and/or events of as a result of an event that is beyond ACEPs control, including but not limited to inclement weather, earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, riot, national state of emergency, plague, act/threat of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labour disputes, or any other similar or related event which delays or prevents any or all of ACEP.
