GRACE (Gynae Radiotherapy Consent Enhancement) is a research collaboration between Lancaster and Bangor Universities, funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). They are looking at ways of improving patient experiences of decision-making and consent in radiotherapy treatment for gynae cancer.
For more information about the GRACE study, you can visit their website: https://wp.lancs.ac.uk/grace
Who they are looking for:
- People who have previously been diagnosed with gynae cancer (with or without experiences of radiotherapy),
- People who could potentially become a future gynae cancer patient (you do not need to have had cancer, you might be interested in improving cancer care),
- Carers who have supported someone with a gynae cancer diagnosis.
Expected commitment from participants:
- Join a co-design workshop to help improve resources and support for patients receiving radiotherapy for gynaecological cancer
- You can join online or in person, depending on what works best for you
Closing date to apply: 30th September 2025
Translation and accessible formats will be made available if required.
